By using Nexus Quant you agree to these terms. It is a free educational simulator — paper trading only, on public market data. Please read §3 and §9 carefully.

By accessing the terminal, league, or any page of this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Nexus Quant is an educational market-terminal simulator. Market data may be live, delayed, modeled or simulated and is labelled accordingly. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
No financial advice
The service is for education and entertainment only. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and we are not your adviser or broker. Any decision you make is at your own risk; consult a licensed professional before investing real money.
Accounts & conduct
Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. Do not impersonate others, share another user's private content, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Paper trading & league
All balances are virtual and have no monetary value — there are no deposits, withdrawals or payouts. Leaderboards are public. We may reset balances, correct errors, or adjust standings to keep the league fair.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to break its security or rate limits, scrape it at scale, overload it, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The product, its design and its code are owned by the operator. Market data remains the property of its respective providers. AIS vessel data is © Fintraffic / Digitraffic, licensed CC BY 4.0.
Third-party data & availability
Data is supplied by third parties and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unavailable. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis with no uptime guarantee.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its data.
Changes & termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
